CLEVER GIRL 3lb robot is a horizontal spinner - this is its first appearance, a brand new custom design. Driver is Team captain and designer Marissa.
FIRE HAZARD 1lb robot is a horizontal spinner viper kit customized and reinforced for better durability during combat. - this is this robots first appearance and the drivers first ever combat robot competition. Driver and designer is our 8 year old son.
Our 3rd team member is engineer and designer, husband and father Russell. He creates all computers models and has all the electrical and mechanics knowledge.

Team Robotic Sponges
Team Robotic Sponges is a family of 3 that builds and customizes combat robots. We love being creative and coming up with unique designs. As well as customizing existing robot designs to make them more durable and fun! We love to theme our bots and make them not only destructive, but cool, cute and exciting to look at. We currently are competing with 2 robots. A 1lb in the gladiator/rookie class named FIRE HAZARD and a 3lb robot named CLEVER GIRL. This will be our teams 3rd competition and our youngest drivers first ever time competing.
