Gainesville Hackerspace

The Gainesville Hackerspace is a non-profit organization from Gainesville, Florida, dedicated to helping makers, artists, engineers, and other creative types in the Gainesville community. Our members have a diverse range backgrounds and skills, and have created some amazing projects since the Hackerspace's creation in 2010. On display will be Botsy BeDrawn, a wall-mounted robotic drawing machine developed by our member Liza. Riding around with the Menagerie of Motion group will be Frank and his human-powered train, which he designed and manufactured for the 2017 Kinetic Derby. We will also have examples of smaller projects on display, such as 3D printed cosplay parts. Be sure to stop by the booth and say hi to a few of our members, and pick up a laser cut Gainesville Hackerspace keychain!
